SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Orders usually takes 1-2 business days to process before they ship. We do not ship on weekends. Holidays may add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.
  • LawnMaster can ship to anywhere in the continental U.S. and Hawaii. If your shipping address is in an off-shore U.S. territory, please call (866) 384-8432 to place your order over the phone.
  • Currently, LawnMaster.com does not ship to Canada. Canadian customers should call (855) 645-4115 to place orders for replacement parts over the phone.
  • LawnMaster does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address only.
  • Please review your shipping information for accuracy. Shipping fees are not refunded when product is returned for a bad address or is refused.
  • Due to postal regulation, lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped by air/express methods. Therefore, all LawnMaster products are shipped via FedEx Ground.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your online order under the following terms:

Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at orders@kenmorefloorcare.com.

After Processing or Shipping
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item(s) once received. Please refer to our Return Policy below for details.

 RETURN POLICY

LawnMaster guarantees all unused merchandise for 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply email us at orders@cleva-na.com to initiate the return process. All order inquiries must be submitted by email, as customer service phone representatives do not have access to order information.

All returned packages will be analyzed by our returns department for condition and contents. Items must be returned in new condition and must include all items received with the original purchase including accessories and operator's manual. Items returned damaged, used, dirty, missing pieces, or in any condition that makes it not fit for resale, will not be eligible for refund and the item will be forfeited.

Refunds will be issued back to the original purchase method within 7-10 business days after your return has been received and processed. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take 4 to 6 weeks to appear on your statement. LawnMaster does not refund shipping fees. Your refund will include the cost of the returned product plus taxes, less any original and return shipping fees. Orders that shipped for free will receive a refund of the cost of the returned product plus taxes, less return shipping cost.

LawnMaster products purchased through other authorized retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.
